ASGA seminars to seek ideas for its future

The Australian Sporting Goods Association is holding information seminars for the sport and leisure industry to discuss the future of ASGA and the role it should play as the industry’s lobby group.

Among the issues to be discussed at the Sydney and Melbourne meetings are the role of physical education and health in the school curriculum, and the funding of sporting and gym equipment in schools.
These issues affect our members and the sports and leisure industry and ASGA wants to do something about it, says executive director Sean Cary

The Sydney seminar will be held on June 9 in Botany and the Melbourne event on June 16.
